In Turkey, national swimmer Kuzey Tunçelli broke the world junior record in the men’s 1500-meter freestyle with a time of 14:41.89 at the European Junior Swimming Championships, winning the gold medal. The Fenerbahçe athlete became the European champion for the second consecutive time. Additionally, Tunçelli is continuing his education at Istanbul University, achieving great success in both his academic and sports careers.
